Custom built gaming/development box in CHELMER, Queensland for sale

Hi,
I'm selling my gaming/development computer, due to a change in computing requirements. This desktop has been custom built from new parts over the past 2 years (most <6 months, from Umart). It has served reliably as a gaming computer and as a development workstation running Linux and Windows 8.1. The computer is in very good condition, and all the components are high quality.

RAM: 8GB (GSkill Ripjaws 2x4G, 1333MHz 9-9-9-24)
GPU: Sapphire HD7850 2G OC Version (1x HDMI, 1x DP, 2x DVI)
PSU: Corsair HX650W (Modular)
Mobo: AsRock Z87E-ITX
SSDs: 1x Intel 120GB 525 Series mSATA, 2x Intel 60GB 330 Series SATA III
Wireless: Wireless AC + BT4.0 mSATA card. (came with motherboard)
Case: Bitfenix Prodigy (Atomic Orange)
*HDD: Seagate 4TB ST4000DM000 (SATA III, 3.5", 64MB Cache)
Windows 8.1 Professional
The 4TB HDD is brand new, still currently in anti-static packaging. Windows 8.1 is installed on the 128GB mSATA SSD, with the 64GB SSDs currently unutilised. They would be great for either cache, dual boot or a subset of frequently played games. I also have available two screens:
BENQ GL2420HD 24" 1080P Monitor
ASUS 19" Monitor (1440 x 900)
and a mechanical keyboard:
Das Ultimate Silent (old model without media keys, Cherry Brown switches)
Could also include a mouse if necessary, however it is not in the best condition having seen heavy use over a number of years (Razer Deathadder V2). Just ask if you are interested in any of the extras.
