Room for rent - Indooroopilly in CHELMER, Queensland for sale
We're looking for a new housemate to move into our house in Indooroopilly. Currently there's 2 guys living here. It's a five bedroom place, and there are two empty bedrooms so take your pick!
I'm (26 yrs old) going onto 5th yr as a uni student at QUT - if you study mech eng or economics I can help with some study. The other guy (28 yrs old) owns everything in the house and works full time. We don't really care what you do, as long as you're not WEIRD, and help clean every now and then.
The house is furnished, though your room will be empty, it has a built in wardrobe, but it has no draws. If you need a furnished room I'm sure we could organise a bed for you to sleep on.
The room will fit a double bed pretty easily, you could squeeze in a desk if you want, the dimensions are 2.9m x 3.1m. There's a lot of street parking, and we take turns sharing the undercover car parks. There are bus stops about 400m down the road, for other uni students. We live in a quiet street and our house has lots of plants and trees surrounding it.
