Seeking student/young professional - convenient, quiet location in CHELMER, Queensland for sale

We are 2 young male professionals aged 27 working full time during the week. We are seeking a student or young professional to rent the 3rd bedroom in our 3 room townhouse.
Our townhouse is located 10 min. walk from Taringa train station and close to corner stores and cafes, in a nice, quiet, green area off Moggil road. It has a shared bathroom, an extra shared toilet, laundry, living room, and kitchen with an electric oven & gas stove. All rooms (including bedrooms) are air-conditioned. We have a small backyard with a garden and a front verandah. There is also some spare storage space for smaller items.
The townhouse is already furnished with a fridge, washing machine, tables, chairs and couches, but the spare room is empty. Applicants will need to provide their own bed, but no other furniture should be necessary.
We are both fairly clean but laid-back housemates, and prefer quiet drinks with friends to loud parties. We're looking for someone relaxed and good-humored aged around 18 to 35.
